Remember Nommo? Now is a good time to mention something he created that lied waiting in ancient Egypt during the time of our last few entries into the Codex.
More than seven thousand years ago, Nommo, the immortal ruler of a destroyed civilization, grew lonely. He created several artifacts of power, one of which was called the “Ruby of Life.”

At his peak, Adam was joyful and benevolent. Legend has it that he defeated the Seven Sins, which freed the Kahndiqi tribe. However, he turned against the Council of Eternity and desired to kill its leader, Mamaragan (the true name of the Wizard who had given him his power.)
Realizing his power was connected to Mamaragan, he instead put him in stasis and he became known as “He-Who-Sleeps.” During this time, the Mighty Adam served 22 Pharaohs of Egypt. The last one, Teti, was unfit to rule, and one of Adam’s advisors manipulated him to kill him and seize the throne.
Adam’s reign was filled with both the mundane…
…and the mystical.
In 2325 BCE, Mamaragan, the Wizard, awoke. Obviously not happy about what had happened to him, he banished Adam beyond the universe’s furthest star.
